This is GORGEOUS! I wish I lived there, had you as a midwife and was pregnant:) LOL
Stunning. YOu did an incredible job. I am sure Faerylady must be jealous or something?? I can't imagine any other reason for her acting the day she did. How odd.
I haven't been on your blog for a long while-I am totally impressed with this room!!! I LOVE IT!!! I WISH YOU WERE MY MIDWIFE, I WISH I HAD MY PRENATALS IN THIS ROOM, shoot, I wish I could nap in that red chair!!!
I've been catching up on some posts I missed, and while I loved what you did before I didn't feel a particular need to say anything about it. Now, after reading a bit more, I do.
This. Room. Is. Beautiful.
Amazing. Ya wanna be my midwife? I had a lovely hospital birth (seriously - I have Dr. Wonderful, but we're gonna move & he's not.), but this is sooo much nicer than even a pretty hospital room.
I'm an early forties (advanced maternal age) mother of eight (grand multipara) who has had babies every way you can have them. Three in the hospital with docs and drugs; fourth baby at home with a lay midwife; fifth baby a c-section; sixth an HBAC waterbirth that my hubby caught, seventh an unattended home waterbirth and the eighth an emergency c-section. I'm a self-proclaimed birth junkie. I love movies and music, and I'm addicted to having babies and helping others have them too.

Oh! LOVE it! I never would have chosen those colors, but they work gorgeously. Shows you what I know!
I love the chaise. I'll file that idea away for my own "someday" office.
Congrats!
